Old Lighthouse

This is an old image from Stamp Cabana. I bought it at the first stamp show I attended, which was a huge one, about 20 years ago.

I love lighthouses and the rugged rocks look so much like our N. Calif. coastline.

I started with chalks, and thought I liked it, so sprayed it with a workable fixative, and went to put it together and realized it was too pale. I see I should have redone the water at the bottom of the card. Anyway, I grabbed my Prismacolor pencils and gave it a little more color.

Thanks for stopping by, and I love comments. I hope to be stamping more now that my circumstances have changed.
Hugs, Pat

  1. Very nice Pat, this sure does look like the California coast line.

  2. A relaxing view here, Pat -- is there an adirondack chair tucked away somewhere for me to sit in and watch the coastline for a bit?
